Seam Repair and Re-Bonding
Seam separation is the most common repair call we receive. Heat cycling through Richardson's summers expands turf backing; cooling contracts it. Over years, this movement stresses seam adhesive at joins. We diagnose whether the separation is in the adhesive layer, the backing delamination, or an underlying base movement issue, then re-bond using current-generation seam tape and structural adhesive rated for North Texas temperature ranges — not the same adhesive that failed the first time.
