Hamilton Park — Dallas's historic African American planned community near Royal Lane and US-75 — and the Far North Dallas corridor share Richardson's proximity and many of its site conditions: mature trees, clay soil, established bermuda, and properties that have been owner-occupied and maintained for decades. We install synthetic turf in these neighborhoods with base systems designed for the clay profiles and drainage patterns common to mid-century North Dallas residential stock.
